Marg Constructions to consider allotment of shares on conversion of warrants, FCCBs

Marg Constructions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Committee of Directors (CoD) for Allotment will be held on April 07, 2007, inter alia, to conduct the following businesses:

1. To allot shares upon conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds.

2. To allot shares upon conversion of Warrants.

The stock was frozen at the upper level of circuit limit at Rs.157.25, up by Rs.7.45 or 4.97%. The total traded quantity was 21104 compared to 2 week average of 70356 shares.
