Shree Shaleen Textiles Ltd Board allots 1,28,25,000 shares

The Board of Directors of Shree Shaleen Textiles Ltd at its meeting held on April 16, 2012, have allotted 1,28,25,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, as fully paid up Bonus Shares, to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members as on April 14, 2012 (being the Record date), in the proportion of 19:1 i.e. Nineteen new Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each for every one existing Equity Share of Rs. 10/-each.

This is in pursuance of the approval accorded by the shareholders of the Company in their Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 21, 2012.
