HDFC Ltd. allots 3700 shares pursuant to exchange of Warrants

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on April 12, 2012 allotted 3,700 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exchange of 3,700 Warrants by two Warrant holders of the Corporation.

Further, the Corporation has extinguished the said 3,700 Warrants and the outstanding Warrants post the said exchange stands at 5,47,04,930.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 295,39,47,420 consisting of 147,69,73,710 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.673.35, up by Rs.0.45 or 0.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.681 and low of Rs.673.15.

The total traded quantity was 0.38 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.65 lakhs.
