Educomp Solutions Ltd allots 95293 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP Scheme

The remuneration committee of Educomp Solutions Ltd on April 11, 2012 has allotted 95,293 Equity Shares respectively to the Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Company's ESOP Scheme 2006.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,21,27,860/- consisting of 9,60,63,930 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,23,18,446/- consisting of 9,61,59,223 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The Educomp Solutions Ltd stock was trading at Rs.193.85, down by Rs.5.30 or 2.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.200 and low of Rs.193.10.
