Su-Raj Diamonds and Jewellery to allot 3000000 Equity Shares on conversion of OFCWs

'Kohinoor Diamonds Private Limited' (a Promoter Group Company), has expressed to exercise its option to convert the balance 30,00,000 OFCWs into Equity Shares vide its letter dated April 10, 2012.

Out of the 34,00,000 (Thirty Four Lakh) OFCWs, Su-Raj Diamonds and Jewellery Ltd had allotted 4,00,000 (Four Lakh) Equity Shares to 'Kohinoor Diamonds Private Limited' on February 01, 2012, subsequent to exercise of its option to convert 4,00,000 OFCWs.

The Su-Raj Diamonds and Jewellery Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.45.35, down by Rs.0.75 or 1.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.46 and low of Rs.45.05.

The total traded quantity was 5920 compared to 2 week average of 358661.
