Lupin Ltd allots 90920 Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of Directors of Lupin Ltd at its meeting held on April 10, 2012, has allotted 90920 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under stock option plans at the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 89,34,65,202 consisting 44,67,32,601 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The Lupin Ltd stock was trading at Rs.541, up by Rs.2.45 or 0.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.546.75 and low of Rs.532.

The total traded quantity was 0.16 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.80 lakhs.
