Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has redeemed at par 14,400,000 7.5% Redeemable Cumulative Non Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each allotted to BG Asia Pacific Holdings Pte. Ltd. on April 02, 2012.

The above said shares were not listed on any of the Stock Exchanges.
