Allahabad Bank allots 23810771 Equity Shares on Preferential basis to LIC

Allahabad Bank has allotted 2,38,10,771 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 182.94 amounting to Rs. 459,40,50,156.74 on preferential allotment basis to Life Insurance Corporation of India and its various scheme.
