Intensive Air Systems Ltd allots 6,21,00,006 shares

The Board of Directors of Intensive Air Systems Ltd at its meeting held on March 31, 2012, have issued and allotted 6,21,00,006 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each to the shareholders of erstwhile Yuvraaj Hygiene Industries Private Limited, pursuant to the scheme of Amalgamation under Section 391 to 394 of’ the Companies Act, 1956, as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide its order dated February 14, 2012, and the said scheme has become effective with effect from March 16, 2012, upon the filling of the copy of order with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai by the respective Companies.

Consequent to the said allotment, the Paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 46,18,400/- to Rs. 6,67,18,406/-.

The Intensive Air Systems Ltd stock last traded on March 29, 2012 at Rs.5.96, up by Rs.0.28 or 4.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.96 and low of Rs.5.40.
