Future Capital Holdings Ltd's Warrants Lapse

Future Capital Holdings Ltd has now announced with reference to the allotment of 1,00,00,000 warrants made by the Company on September 30, 2010, that the warrant holders have not exercised their right to convert their warrants into equity shares by the latest date of exercise of such right which was March 29, 2012 (i.e. within 18 months from the date of allotment as per the Securities And Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and therefore the aforesaid warrants allotted in their favour shall now stand lapsed.

The Future Capital Holdings Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.120.70, up by Rs.2.60 or 2.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.121.20 and low of Rs.118.10.
