Oracle Financial Services Software allots 21380 shares on exercise of stock options

The ESOP Allotment Committee of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd at its meeting held on March 28, 2012, allotted 21,380 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002 and the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. In this allotment, no shares are allotted to Directors.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs. 419,868,785/- divided into 83,973,757 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

The Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.2584, up by Rs.8.60 or 0.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2629.95 and low of Rs.2561.

The total traded quantity was 9909 compared to 2 week average of 13825.
