Hindustan Unilever allots 306361 Equity Shares

The Committee of the Board of Hindustan Unilever Ltd in its Meeting held on March 22, 2012, has allotted 306,361 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP, which vide Shareholder's Resolution dated May 29, 2006, is known as "2006 HLL Performance Share Scheme".

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 216,15,12,492 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,46,31,468 shares.

The Hindustan Unilever Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.396.05, down by Rs.5.95 or 1.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.406 and low of Rs.393.05.

The total traded quantity was 3.22 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.10 lakhs.
