Jaguar Land Rover PLC to raise Pound 500 million through Senior Notes offering

Jaguar Land Rover PLC, the parent company of Jaguar Cars Limited and Land Rover has announced offer of Pound 500 million Senior Notes due 2020. The notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by Jaguar Cars Limited, Land Rover, Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC, Land Rover Exports Limited and Jaguar Cars Exports Limited.

The net proceeds from the issuance and sale of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes.

The Tata Motors Ltd stock was trading at Rs.270.25, down by Rs.6 or 2.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.282.15 and low of Rs.268.10.

The total traded quantity was 18.29 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 17.05 lakhs.
