HDFC allots 1633825 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on March 20, 2012, allotted 16,33,825 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / director.

Post the above allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 295,39,40,020 consisting of 147,69,70,010 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
