AXIS Bank allots 330139 Equity Shares under ESOP

The Committee of Directors of AXIS Bank Ltd on March 20, 2012 has made the allotment of 3,30,139 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, under ESOP Scheme of the Bank.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,32,03,952 equity shares from 41,28,73,813 equity shares.

The AXIS Bank Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.1188.15, down by Rs.11.25 or 0.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1221.30 and low of Rs.1180.45.

The total traded quantity was 3.58 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.04 lakhs.
