Indusind Bank allots 248635 Shares

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 2,48,635 (Two Lac Forty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Five Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, on March 19, 2012 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.

The Indusind Bank Ltd stock was trading at Rs.300.85, down by Rs.5.30 or 1.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.306.95 and low of Rs.297.50.
