IKF Technologies approves GDR issue

IKF Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2007, inter alia, has considered and approved, the following business:

1. The board has approved and authorized to execute documents for the GDR issue of 11 million USD.

2. The Board has approved the nomination of Mr. Ernst Fischer as the Director and CEO of IKF Telecom.Inc and authorized Mrs. Deepti Chawla, Company Secretary for necessary action.

Shares of the company were trading up Re.0.21 or 2.82% at Rs.7.67 on volume of 729044 shares.
