GEI Industrial Systems acquires CCDs of GEI Power Ltd.

In terms of its Agreement with BanyanTree Growth Capital LLC, Mauritius (BTGC), GEI Industrial Systems Ltd has acquired 1000, 5% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of face value of Rs. 100000 each (Rs. 10 Crores) of GEI Power Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) from BTGC.

The GEI Industrial Systems Ltd stock was trading at Rs.122, up by Rs.1 or 0.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.124 and low of Rs.122.
