Educomp Solutions consortium receives LOI from Government of Assam

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that A consortium led by the Company has received a letter of intent from AMTRON, Government of Assam under the RGCLP project for implementing computer aided learning in 100 High Schools in Assam. The total size of the order is Rs 13.05 Crores over a period of 5 years.

Shares of the company were trading up Rs.10.65 or 1.12% at Rs.965. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.980 and low of Rs.930. The total traded quantity was 2186 shares on a weighted average price of Rs.962.91 compared to 2 week average quantity of 20169.
