Religare Enterprises Board approves raising of funds

The Board of Directors of Religare Enterprises Ltd on March 12, 2012, in continuance with the approval of Shareholders dated March 12, 2011, have approved the raising of funds upto Rs. 2,500 Crores through issue of capital subject to re-confirmation of the same by the Shareholders to be obtained through Postal Ballot in due course.

The Religare Enterprises Ltd stock was trading at Rs.385.10, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.391.90 and low of Rs.385.

The total traded quantity was 6854 compared to 2 week average of 11607.
