Golden Goenka Fincorp raises Rs.50 crore

The Shareholders' Grievances Committee of Directors of Golden Goenka Fincorp Ltd at its Meeting held on March 07, 2012 has allotted 500000 12.75% Rated Secured Taxable Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 1000/- each for total amount of Rs. 50 Crores. The above Non-Convertible Debentures have been issued on Private Placement basis.

The Golden Goenka Fincorp stock was trading at Rs.42.75. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42.75 and low of Rs.42.75.
