Divis Laboratories allots 31180 shares

The Compensation Committee of Board of Directors of Divis Laboratories Ltd in its meeting held on March 05, 2012 made the allotment of 31180 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employees under ESOP 2006 Scheme of the Company. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company will get increased to 132734290 equity shares from 132703110 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
