HDFC allots 1350 shares pursuant to exchange of Warrants

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on March 02, 2012 allotted 1,350 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exchange of 1,350 Warrants by one Warrant holder of the Corporation.

The Corporation has extinguished the said 1,350 Warrants and the outstanding Warrants post the said exchange stands at 5,47,12,330.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 295,06,64,970/- consisting of 147,53,32,485 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.671.35, up by Rs.1.70 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.675 and low of Rs.662.10.

The total traded quantity was 0.87 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.90 lakhs.
