Strides Arcolab allots 30400 Equity Shares

Strides Arcolab Ltd has allotted 30,400 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on conversion of employee stock options under Strides Arcolab ESOP Schemes.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 584,711,710/- consisting of 58,471,171 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 585,015,710/- consisting of 58,501,571 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
