Nagarjuna Power Corporation ceases to be a subsidiary of Nagarjuna Fertilizers

Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has announced that Nagarjuna Power Corporation Ltd (NPCL), a company involved with the setting-up of the 1015MW Power Plant at Mangalore, Karnataka, has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company with immediate effect.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs.13.15, down by Re.0.40 or 2.95% on volume of 244267 shares. The 2 week average quantity of the share is 738042.
