Shrenuj & Company allots 305500 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOP Options

The Remuneration/Compensation Committee of Shrenuj & Company Ltd at its Meeting held on February 29, 2012, has allotted 305,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 21/- per share upon exercise of ESOP Options under ESOS - 2006.

Consequently, issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 15,28,19,190/- comprising of 7,64,09,595 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The Shrenuj & Company Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.70.90, up by Rs.0.80 or 1.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.73.35 and low of Rs.68.

The total traded quantity was 1.06 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.62 lakhs.
