ITC allots 3738580 Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes

On February 22, 2012 ITC Ltd has issued and allotted 37,38,580 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 3,73,858 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from February 22, 2012, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 780,55,06,830/- divided into 780,55,06,830 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.

The ITC Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.209.45, up by Rs.0.95 or 0.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.210.90 and low of Rs.208.05.
