Educomp Solutions allots 36300 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP Schemes

The remuneration committee of Educomp Solutions Ltd on February 14, 2012 has allotted 36,300 Equity Shares respectively to the Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Company's ESOP Scheme 2006.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,20,55,260/- consisting of 9,60,27,630 shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,21,27,860/- consisting of 9,60,63,930 shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The Educomp Solutions Ltd stock was trading at Rs.234.15, down by Rs.5.50 or 2.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.244.10 and low of Rs.232.

The total traded quantity was 4.64 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 7.37 lakhs.
