Twenty First Century Printers to consider issue of securities

Twenty First Century Printers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 09, 2007 to consider the issue of Equity Shares and / or Warrants to the Promoters and Promoters’ Group Companies on preferential allotment basis.

Shares of the company closed the day at Rs.37.80, down by Re.0.40 or 1.05% on volume of 3012 shares.
