ITC Ltd has on February 10, 2012 has issued and allotted 15,41,470 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 1,54,147 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from February 10, 2012, the issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 780,17,68,250/- divided into Rs. 780,17,68,250 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
