Transworld Infotech Updates on increase in promoters shareholding

Transworld Infotech Ltd has announced that Titanic Investment and Consultants Pvt Ltd holds 5,760,000 equity shares (representing 3.08% equity capital of the Company) is now part of the Promoters Group of the Company with effect from March 30, 2007.

With this, shareholding of promoters group stands at 107,557,750 equity shares, of Rs 1/- each representing 57.59% of equity capital of the Company.

Shares of the company closed the day at Rs.38.90, down by Rs.1.90 or 4.66% on volume of 151872 shares.
