Satra Properties updates on "Dream the Mall" project in Bhandup

Satra Properties India Ltd has announced about its Project "Dream the Mall" at Bhandup. Construction of this project is going in full swing and at its best speed. Construction work of the project is well before the scheduled time. The Company is expecting the project will be over within scheduled time.

The Company is pleased to announce the Mumbai's largest retail and entertainment complex. The 0.8 million sq.ft (approx) complex is home to more than 500 shops, anchor measuring 1,00,000 sq.ft, the largest indoor entertainment zone, snow park, and a 5 screen multiplex. The Mall will open in October 2007 and is located in Bhandup just outside the station on LBS Marg. Leading brands have already signed the lease in the signature mall, which is part of 27 Acre layout. A Dream The Mall is joint development between Housing development and improvement India Ltd and Satra Property Developers Pvt. Ltd. a subsidiary of the Company.

Dreams, the mall will offer an unprecedented mix of retail and entertainment, offering visitors the chance to shop at their favourite stores as well as see a movie or play in snow park. It will become the model for combining signature attractions with retail to create an outstanding entertainment venue and will be among the most visited destinations in Mumbai.
