Shringar Cinemas to acquire 3 screen Multiplex at Anand, Gujarat

Shringar Cinemas Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired a 3 screen operational Multiplex at Anand, Gujarat and the Company will be taking control of the operations of this Multiplex with effect from March 30, 2007.

With this, the Company has presently 11 properties aggregating to 39 screens.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs.53.60, up by 5.51% or Rs.2.80 on volumes of 45878 shares compared to 2 week's average quantity of 24153 shares.
