Harakosan Co. Ltd., Japan picks shares in Jyoti Ltd

Jyoti Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2007, has allotted 11,20,960 equity shares to Harakosan Co. Ltd., Japan issued on preferential basis pursuant to special resolution already passed by the shareholders under section 81(1A) in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 26, 2007.
