Ind Swift Laboratories allots 3,35,000 shares on conversion of warrants

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2007, has allotted 3,35,000 equity shares upon conversion of 3,35,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants belonging to Promoters group Company M/s. Ind-Swift Ltd at a price of Rs 70/- per share.
