Bloom Dekor Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2007, has made Preferential Allotment of 27,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each on conversion of 27,50,000 Equity Warrants of the Company of the Company and necessary compliance thereof.
