Madhucon Projects EGM approves issue of 18,50,000 share warrants

Madhucon Projects Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 17, 2007, have accorded approval for issue of 18,50,000 Share Warrants convertible into Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 2/- each at a price of Rs 291/- per share (including premium of Rs 289/-) on preferential basis to Promoters and passed the Special Resolution as detailed in the Notice.
