Sacheta Metals Board to consider expansion plans

Sacheta Metals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 21, 2007, to consider the following:

1. Issue of preferential share u/s 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956.

2. Increase the authorized share capital of the Company.

3. Expansion of the existing production capacity of the Company.
