Reliance Power allots 43860 Equity Shares on conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds

Reliance Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on March 25, 2011 has allotted 43,860 equity shares upon conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds.

The stock was trading at Rs.123.70, down by Rs.0.55 or 0.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.124.80 and low of Rs.123.35.

The total traded quantity was 2.26 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 12.65 lakhs.
