NIIT Technologies allots 7625 Shares

NIIT Technologies Ltd has announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 7,625 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on January 21, 2011.

The stock closed the day at Rs.187.85, down by Rs.8.85 or 4.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.197 and low of Rs.185.15.

The total traded quantity was 0.29 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.63 lakhs.
