Country Club India allots 4345999 Equity Shares

Country Club India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of Company, vide Circular Resolution passed on January 07, 2011, have allotted 43,45,999 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at the rate of Rs. 16.26/- per Equity Share upon the conversion of remaining 31,04,285 Warrants of Rs. 22.76/- each out of 86,00,000 warrants to Mr. Y. Rajeev Reedy, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for which the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.05, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.15 and low of Rs.13.80.

The total traded quantity was 0.67 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.04 lakhs.
