Cura Technologies allots 2 lakh shares

Cura Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 07, 2011, have allotted 200,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- upon exercise of the right of conversion for 200,000 Fully Convertible warrants held by the Warrant holder.

Accordingly, the equity share capital of the Company post allotment of 200,000 shares as mentioned above, stands at 87,20,000 Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.323.05, down by Rs.16.95 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.357 and low of Rs.323.05.

The total traded quantity was 5919 compared to 2 week average of 2078.
