Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 1031516 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on December 31, 2010, has allotted 10,31,516 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

The Kotak Mahindra Bank stock closed the day at Rs.452.45, up by Rs.6.45 or 1.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.456 and low of Rs.446.

The total traded quantity was 0.60 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.82 lakhs.
