Venus Remedies to consider allotment of 37137 shares

Venus Remedies Ltd has announced that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2010, to consider allotment of 37,137 equity shares pursuant to request for partly conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds by FCCB holders, out 5 million bonds rollover till 2015.

The stock was trading at Rs.247.35, down by Rs.3.75 or 1.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.260 and low of Rs.247.15.

The total traded quantity was 1422 compared to 2 week average of 5737.
