Gruh Finance allots 70370 Shares

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 70,370 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors on November 15, 2010.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 35,01,32,180 consisting 3,50,13,218 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.412, up by Rs.5.20 or 1.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.413.85 and low of Rs.401.65.

The total traded quantity was 4400 compared to 2 week average of 5176.
