HCL Technologies approves ESOP Allotment of 787676 shares

HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company has on November 04, 2010 allotted 7,87,676 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Stock Option Plans of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone upto 683,070,024 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 136,61,40,048/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.411.95, up by Rs.4.85 or 1.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.416 and low of Rs.406.10.

The total traded quantity was 1.57 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.68 lakhs.
