Digjam allots 150000 CRPS aggregating Rs.1.50 crores

Digjam Ltd has announced that the proceeds received on allotment of 1,50,000 8% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each aggregating to Rs. 1.50 Crores on private placement were fully utilized for the objects stated in the notice dtd. January 31, 2008 for convening the EOGM on March 17, 2008, namely for meeting the working capital requirements and thereby supporting the net worth rebuilding of the Company by strengthening the long term resource base of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.33, up by Rs.0.06 or 0.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.93 and low of Rs.13.02.

The total traded quantity was 7.85 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 12.23 lakhs.
