Kanchan International to consider allotment of 25 lakhs warrants on Nov 10, 2010

Kanchan International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2010, inter alia, to consider allotment of 25 Lacs Warrants to the Promoters and Independent investors as approved by the members in the Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2010.

The Board will consider and approve the Un-audited financial results and Limited Review Report for the second quarter and statement of assets and liabilities for the half year ended September 30, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.147, up by Rs.7 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.147 and low of Rs.141.30.

The total traded quantity was 0.32 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.39 lakhs.
