Grasim Industries allots 8044 Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006

Grasim Industries Ltd has announced that the Shareholders Grievance/ Allotment & Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 8,044 (Eight Thousand and Forty-Four only) Equity Shares on October 30, 2010 under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006. The said 8,044 Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2367.35, up by Rs.49.65 or 2.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2388 and low of Rs.2305.50.

The total traded quantity was 17737 compared to 2 week average of 9181.
