Amtek India allots 3601390 shares

Amtek India Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of directors of the Company in their meeting held on November 01, 2010 have allotted 3601390 equity shares at Rs. 120.12/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 9.85 million.

The stock was trading at Rs.63.30, up by Rs.0.45 or 0.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.63.90 and low of Rs.63.

The total traded quantity was 0.25 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.13 lakhs.
